    If you really want to address "too big to fail," then start a national investment bank like other countries have, and limit it only to keeping liquidity going in harsh financial times.

    Then "too big to fail" is gone, and the banks caqn do whatever they want.

    This whole investment bank debacle has been likened to drunk gambling at a casino, and I agree with that, but the fact is, the banks were cheating and counting cards with their ABACUS scams, and if they had pulled that sort of stunt at a casino, not only would their profits be confiscated by the casino managers, but they would have been taken into a back room.

    There are two kinds of people in this world. The kind who divide the world into two kinds of people, and the kind who don't.
