  •  I can't believe how many powerful stories (6+ / 0-)

have been presented in this series, Clark!  Great job.  I think this is one of the most hypocritical I've heard though.  We need you now (at war), but as soon as we get home you are gone! (Then we don't owe you a pension etc.)

Guess all that unit cohesion stuff they spew isn't true, huh?

Keep up the great work, and I'm sending more good thoughts to our brave gay servicemembers!

We've got serious work to do. Health care and civil rights for all, please!

Jason Daniel Knight's story on Tuesday also gave lie to the whole, "unit cohesion" lie.

      We all know it's BS.

It's also based on some pretty bizarre ideas:

      1. Currently, no soldier ever has a personality conflict with another soldier. Everyone gets along all the time!
      1. Currently there exists no protocols or methods for resolving interpersonal conflicts between two soldiers. If two soldiers ever didn't like each other--for whatever reason--they Army would have no way of addressing it!

      Or

      1. LGBT interpersonal conflicts are just so darn special and different that ordinary tactics to resolve conflicts (say between gender, races, religious, Mets and Yankee fans) cannot be utiliized effectively. The are powerless against teh gay menace!
