      has a quotation from Craig. He is one of 5-6 writers on exercise that I read often. I still receive his emails and listen to many of his tapes. His knowledge of the science behind weight loss and exercise is topnotch. He is also from up in your area since I believe you are in Maine.

      The key to his training is one I have adopted and it is in the title..."Turbulence Training". He spends loads of time looking at how our muscles adapt to exercise over time and how the adaptation quickly slows the progress you were making in the first 3-4 weeks after beginning a new regime of exercises. It is this tricking of our body systems and the constant bombardment of new challenges we give it that will keep our weight loss moving slowly downward.
