        hurts business is true because you lost your job over an elevator. However, the elevator wasn't required by the ADA, it was required by a local ordinance.

        Rand Paul argues that local (State and City) should make the decisions on things like Civil Rights and ADA.

        If you lost your job over a municipal decision, you would have lost your job in a Rand Paul world, as well.

        John Boehner thinks of himself as Ceasar. How about we change his name to Orange Julius?
