    •  who isn't seasoned enough (4+ / 0-)

or has name recognition enough to win... (could he spoil the race and put GOP back in governor's office 2010? ) Schurman would be good Congressman does he plan on running after he loses?

And name recognition could change if we give him some visibility here.

Peter will be around in California politics.  He is young, energetic, extremely well informed on all the issues, charismatic, progressive.

        What else do you need?

career working people.... they like Jerry Brown even though, in your words he is 'overdone' and 72 years old... I was surprised to find that he is likely to get young twenty something voters... Meg Whitman/S. Poizner might get new first time 18 year old voters  with the same approach that got the 18 year old voters to support Arnuld in 2003 recall campaign... not enough experience to know better

          •  Nice age-card at play there, anyname (0+ / 0-)

Young people are the most democratic-voting group in history.

It was old-white voters and Baby boomer white voters that put Arnold in Sacramento.

Don't obfuscate or tip-toe around it by trying to blame the kids.

I miss Johnny Rook and Ormond Otvos.

            •  if I had the time I'd post (0+ / 0-)

the Brown-gov race poll that broke down the groups I mentioned that support my comment

you have a suspicious mind to call my comment age care play..... and then you use the work obfuscate....

and then you said I was trying to blame kids....

one you can't be from Ca.

because any one from CA has to have a forgiving nature because the kids in 2003 came out and gave us Arnuld... and by big numbers so did the rest of the Dem base.... all idiots or temporarily on some
              euphoria substance in any case

              you are rude

    •  Dump Brown (0+ / 0-)

Ask yourself ,as Atty. General what has Jerry Brown done for consumers? Ok as you think ,think really hard ,you have the answer .You don't know because as AG Brown has been missing in action. The state needed (past tense)  a strong AG to go after the scammers that robbed California. Did Brown do that? MMM  we know the answer.
