    have a form of property.  It's called territories or traditional hunting and fishing grounds, etc.  All living things try to secure sufficient resources to live, reproduce and rear their young.  And they defend them.

      Hundreds of thousands of years of evolution resulted in an evolutionarily stable strategy that worked pretty darn well for the social species we call homo sapiens.

      That evolutionarily stable strategy contradicts the assumptions that frame several modern Somethingisms, including today's topic.

      Indigenous tribes once had (and still have) a lot to teach us. It would be good for us to learn from them, while we still can.
