    And this is more than "casual viewing."  This is an independent feed for the collection of independent data.

      but the people here are casual viewers and they are making the complaints.  I have no idea if the current angles, etc, are upsetting the independent scientists.  Furthermore, the area near the blowout preventer is limited.  Given the depth and lighting issues at that depth, the camera probably needs to be where the engineers and operators of the other ROV's that are doing the work can see what they need to see, or occasionally move out of the way of one of the other ROV's.  A separate government ROV that moves where someone not doing the work wants it, stands a significant chance of being in the way.  Coordinated efforts to see/work, with priorities on work are hopefully what we are seeing.  More is not necessarily better.
