    it is not. Offering jobs to people is as old as probably the ancient greeks.

    I  am not sure but, I think the legal standard would deal with conflicts of interest. Sestak would have had to be confrimed by the Senate. (depending on the job). Technically, they would have oversight and check the resume of appointees.

    That is what I think I know about this.

    Also keep in mind that the constitution says that impeachments is for high crimes and misdemeanors. So the question is is this high crime or misdemeanor.
