  •  Dolphins (10+ / 0-)

The first time I took my daughter to the ocean, she asked if we would see dolphins. I said "No".
We were half-way through the day playing in the sand and suddenly all the children on the beach started to scream with joy and began running alongside the ocean. They were chasing three dolphins that had come in close. My daughter went nuts. And even I who had been feeling kind of down suddenly felt an indescribable joy at seeing those dolphins jump and play. They were close enough to see the people on the shore.

The dolphins are out there needing help.

There is no response to this crisis that is too small. We need the Navy and the scientists at NASA. NASA has had to deal with stuff more complicated that this. Physics is physics.

Yes, this was caused by BP and once again lack of regulations. BUT, it is a National Crisis and is a threat to our lives and our ocean life. We have no way of fully asses the biological impact of this disaster 3,6,12 months from now and beyond.
