We're so glad you're here, and please stick around!

When you've got huge changes to make, it's important to not start out from the very beginning by trying to do too many things at once. Trying to "quit" too many habits cold turkey while at the same time trying to commit to a whole bunch of new healthier behaviors is going to be overwhelming, and likely a recipe for failure, frustration, and fallback.

Be reasonable with yourself. Be kind to yourself when you're just starting out. It might be best to think of making changes in little steps, get some momentum going, make progress, then take more steps. For example, commit to cutting back on some junk foods and replacing them with some healthier options. Think about the sweets and junk snacks you can cut back on, little by little. There may be a few things you can or want to cut cold turkey, but don't go for too many of those at once because the stress will most likely send you backsliding.

Good luck, stay with us here at WHEE, keep us posted!
