          I have (not so fond) fond memories of the Dutch trains during a strike --

          method of choice: meticulous, by-the-book operations.

          A real drag when you live in Rotterdam, want to go to Berlin for the weekend, but have to be sure you're back by Monday morning.

          Or, I suppose, have millions of gallons of oil floating around that's already got a big head start on you.
