    works. I downloaded the iphone ap after reading this review:

    Fat man ran 3 miles.

    It is fantastic and has really kept me moving. Hard to believe you can go from not being able to run for 1 minute to running 5k in only a matter of weeks but it is possible.

      it really is doable for most folks.

      For anyone else who is interested.  The timeframe is the same, but different intervals.

      It starts off from day one at a 3-5 mile distance (I do 4.5 mi).  I find I don't injure myself when I only have to work on the speed since I get used to the distance right away.  Starting week three now.  I hit the magic ammonia breath last week, which I thought only elite marathoners got.  I am so not an elite runner.  It's an interval shuffle, lol.

      Where are you at in the program?
