    (so am embarrassed to names names!) Not all are that old, though.

    But on the elliptical, I start with cool 8-count tunes, whether old or new--a little happy warm-up, an It's-fun-to-exercise-because-you're-dancing! overture. After a few of them, it's on to the mega-fast. Those tunes change month-to-month, and my son-in-law adds to my supply of those. They're the center, the true workout.

    Then, for weight-training, serious nostalgia. Slower tunes.
