    Says they had seen tarballs but now it's a big slick -- oil washing up onshore in waves. He says a scientist from UWF is telling people that the underwater slick is bigger than anyone knows or admits, some underwater slicks are the size of Manhattan and run for hundreds of yards below the surface.

    The Florida Gulf Coast -- Destin, Rosemary Beach, Grayton, Seagrove, Panama City -- are all next.
