but it's not out-and-out fraud, like R2K's made up numbers.

    Not the same.

Senate rules which prevent any reform of the filibuster are unconstitutional. Therefore, we can rein in the filibuster tomorrow with 51 votes.

    •  I might agree, if the raw data were released (0+ / 0-)

to be separately analyzed. Then one could see the verity of the raw data, and the falsehood of the voter model correction factor.

But isn't Rasmussen stingy with its raw data and cross tabs?

I mean, if the raw data isn't available, does it matter where in the analysis the fraudulent factor is introduced?

One can only see the absence of fakery features. But if the books are cooked professionally (unlike R2K), that's what we would expect to see. So I don't see how one can distinguish fraudsters from the real deal, unless the fraudsters are inept (like R2K).

So where's all the outrage against anti-atheist bigotry?

        •  Yeah, what I meant. The crosstabs in the R2K (0+ / 0-)

was what revealed the statistical anomalies. A look at the Rasmussen raw data would at least show it was consistent with real data.

Lacking it, all you have is the final output.
