    the first election in my life (since 1960) that I seriously considered that. It is not a matter of not voting Democratic for the first time, it's not voting at all.
          I used to yell at people to vote. I do not think politics works to match candidates with voters if they are already attached to  unelected money or power interests.
       The parties are self interested businesses and all the money that they raise goes to party people. The latest marketing slogan is progressivism, real progressivism is apolitical and would return the money in some way recognizable.
