    It certainly seems that way, and that's the problem. "They are Bigger Bums than We Are!" is the 2010 slogan.

    The problems are: a. That doesn't motivate voters, and b. An unpopularity war ALWAYS turns anti-incumbent.

    In Ohio Dems will lose the governorship, a Senate seat, and up to 5 congressional seats because they cannot articulate a simple positive message about how they intend to produce jobs and fight rampant state government corruption.

    The GOP attack ads hit home. The Democratic attack ads actually help the GOP by exposing the bankruptcy of the Democratic Party. Voters simply aren't going to join in a celebration of the decadence of both parties.

    Get a positive message, or quit.
