  •  Greene? Really? (0+ / 0-)

Greene is not going to win, but the terrorists and communists talk plays for some people in SC....There really is no downside for SC Democrats in having Greene compete strongly.

So that's how they pronounce "more and better Democrats" in South Carolina?

...fell asleep at the switch.  Vic Rawl did not take the primary seriously and did not have enough turnout to overcome what seems now to have be random voting.

Then the Executive Committee of the SC Democratic Party after an hour and a half in executive session (and three hours of hearings) refuse to set aside the results of the primary.

All we have at the moment is "more" Democrats.

And right now more Democrats is the first step to better Democrats.

It's a matter of democratic principles that running for political office is closed to no citizen eligible to vote.  There are no qualifications for the Senate except that you be 30 years of age.

And the "terrorists and communists" talk really does play in SC.  It seems to me to be some harebrained attempt to play for Tea Party voters dissatisfied with DeMint (or maybe just the white folks of Clarendon county and their counterparts across the state).
