I suggest you pose it to the black kos which comes out on Tuesday. You see what you will get here is the majority white opinion as is reflected by the daily kos.  One will want to be pretty careful when accusing Black people of racism.  We lack any of the institutional strenghts that give that claim any merit.

...where a white (incumbent) candidate represents a black majority district and is being targeted for, inter alia, his Jewishness, his social liberalism and yes, his race, the opportunistic appeal to race on the part of opponents can be labeled racism or whatever, but the labels aren't what matters, it is the action itself.  This was condemned by Obama and others in 2008, and I don't think it is really different here.

Additionally, just because institutional racism requires the support of the dominant (in this case white) ethnic group, that doesn't mean that hatred or intolerance based on race requires it, or that it cannot be used in this peculiar setting.  So we also want to be clear wherever the subject is being discussed what we mean when we say racism, and if we are using a definition that is ideological or esoteric.
