That's one of the reasons I'm trying to get a running head start -- so I can have some semblance of a life. But it will be very busy. In the past, weekdays, I just work. No time for anything else. Weekends, chores. If I put the time in now, hopefully this go 'round will be a little different. You never know.

Hope it all goes well, and that you're left with some bit of energy to enjoy yourself.

I'm really having to discipline myself now to spend 2-4 hrs a day prepping. When I visit the ROV's, naturally it takes a while to read through and look at the feeds, etc. It's so easy to while away hours.

The way I have to start handling it is to achieve what I set out to accomplish with work prep, then visit the ROV diary. Last year it was HCR that ate up time, the year before it was the election. And even though I went back to work on my own time a week early, it was still a rat race.

I'll miss the great company, but if I stay focused I can pop in and get caught up. We don't start officially until 8-16.

          •  Please stop in even if it's just to say hi -- (0+ / 0-)

don't bother catching up.  After all, what's important here?

            Oh, right.

Still -- hope you don't fall of the face of the earth for too long.
