    I do not want to do away with Filibusters.

    I only want to do away with the requirement that a vote with 60 "Aye"s is necessary before and actual vote on the Bill under consideration is possible.

    I want to do away with, President Wilson once said,

    "A little group of willful men, representing no opinion but their own, have rendered the great government of the United States helpless and contemptible."
