    most common sense ones.

If the system is beating us up, if we can't wait any longer to elect real human beings, if we have to expend too much time, effort, energy, money, etc. to get rid of the corruption, why not game the system?

How? There are millions of ways to create advantage to ourselves just like there are million of ways to cause us harm.

Social security, medicare, etc. all require certain conditions to be met in order to be of benefit. It shouldn't be a real problem to make the system work for us.

Have older retirees, either gender, that are on these programs take stock of the values they are entitled to and look around at the single parents that could find benefit if the retirees shared with the have nots.

Example, old retired man finds young single mom with kids. Retired person offers to marry the have not mom without any sex, etc. being imposed. When retiree passes on the single mom and kids can yet draw benefits.

Another example, insurance. Find someone with insurance that can/will share with someone that doesnt or can't get insurance.

Credit. Easiest thing in the world to share if both partys take time to protect EACH other.

Transportation. The list keeps going and going.

We are under a 24/7 day attack by the haves, the uncaring. Turn it around and attack the system.

I know some will whine this type of activity is illegal, immoral, etc. Hmmm, I think a hungry kid is immoral and obscene myself. I think any group of people that have the resources we have in America and can't share such are immoral.

When I was younger an old man taught me some things I probably should have never been taught re fighting, war, death, etc. My point is the very best bit of advice he offered was also very simple,

"That which can cause good can cause harm."

We can continue to whine and cry about our world or we can try doing something.

NOP - pronounced nope. The NOP party. The NO Party = NOP. BTW, Boner from Ohio still sucks.

    •  The old decency is attacked, try the new decency (3+ / 0-)

If the rich have contempt for American cultural norms and the rightwingers and Bible-beaters have twisted so far away from decency that they can attack the rest of us bitterly and cruelly, why should we stick with the old rules?

It isn't gaming the system for the kind person with money to marry or adopt a person without, it's the same kind of survival that Dickensian families practiced when they encircled local garbage cans to keep other people away from a potential food source.

It isn't wrong to erect tent cities (Shruburbs, I call them) for the homeless, no matter how many local laws are passed to send these undesirables to the next county.

Take over a dilapidated McMansion, pool resources to turn on the water, and get the kerosene lamps. If you're lucky, you can piggyback on a neighbor's wi-fi.

I'm stopped cold when I realize that those who control our destiny would let us die for their profit, or even for their convenience.

This is the types of thinking and actions we need.

It is time to declare war on the corporations.
