How many enlisted "children" from the 12 th SS. were prosecuted?  None. Only Meyer their commander was charged with crimes.  This Canadian child was forced into fighting for the Taliban (the government of Afganistan at the time) was tortured, and is now on trial.  For what?  Your WW2 analogy is weak and really does nothing to shed light on this trial.  Children and teenagers (up to 18)are not considered and have not been considered to have the same decision making capacity as adults under US law or the law of hundreds of nations. This goes back hundreds of years.  So why is this lad on trial?  You tell me history expert guy.  Are you saying that this trial is justified in any way?
