    might be a good idea. But I'd also suggest that's a decision better left to leadership to handle as a human resources issue, not to poll 550,000 "Do you want to come learn about gay people?"

    I'm sure they don't need massive surveys to determine what areas of education might be helpful to their population on every single issue.

    Regardless, that isn't the choice being offered in the survey, from the survey:

    Offer courses to spouses on how to discuss repeal within their families.

    How to discuss "repeal."

        I missed that or forgot if I read it. But it tracks with their general recommendation not to make a big deal. If leadership makes a big deal of it, the flock will respond in kind. If they're able to find it in themselves to say, "Some soldiers are gay. Get over it, and get back to work," it would send a powerful message that this nonsense, is indeed nonsense.
