    Thinking things through before sending troops to their death would have been the honorable thing to do.

    Having a full political, diplomatic and military strategy in place with multiple contingency plans before committing to combat would have been the honorable thing to do.

    Allowing the inspectors to prove there were no weapons or connections to al Qaida before rushing to war would have been the honorable thing to do.

    Not regurgitating political bovine waste would be the honorable thing to do.
