    Conservative "success" would mean a few have the chance to get very, very wealthy. It was pointed out in a previous front-page diary that Reagan's "shining city on a hill," isn't for everybody. It's not even for most people. It's not for uppity Cadillac-driving welfare queens. It's not for uppity gays. It's certainly not for uppity brown-skinned immigrants, or uppity brown-skinned poor people. Rather, the "shining city on a hill" is for a blue-eyed males, that's it.
