        The conservative movement is immune to failure. It doesn't matter how horrible it's policies are or how badly they fail in the real world.

        Remember that 2/3 of Republicans APPROVED of George Bush in 2008!

        In the midst of total economic collapse and two disastrous wars brought on by his Presidency, they STILL thought "somewhat" or "very much" approved of his job performance.

        What level of failure would be necessary for them to turn against one of their own or admit "maybe this right-wing stuff isn't so great as we thought it was"?

        It won't matter one whit what a total catastrophe right-wing idiots expose us to, they will still find a way to blame their own failures on 'liberals'! (Ex: the banking collapse was due to Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac making all the banks lend to shiftless negroes -- even though the vast majority of loans weren't by either of those two institutions).

        If President Palin managed to accidentally nuke Chicago off the map in 2013, that will still be Obama's fault.
