  •  I noticed that, and Alan Grayson, too. (16+ / 0-)

They are, after all, really running for office so they should post as often as possible.  Your diary was really great, btw.  Mine is just a cut and paste because I was having way too much fun this Labor Day.  Coming from a union family, and belonging to a union myself, this day is a big one for me.

      •  You had all that wonderful (8+ / 0-)

        information about Rand Paul.

This is the man who Jack Conway is running against:

"The tea party movement is huge," Paul told cheering supporters. "The mandate of our victory tonight is huge. I think America's greatness hinges on us doing something to save the country. The tea party movement is about saving the country from a mountain of debt that is devouring our country and I think could lead to chaos."

He loves the Tea Party and the Tea Party loves him.  That alone is reason to make sure he stays the hell away from the Senate.

"Because sometimes in really poor families, kids just have to pitch in."

        So he  wants child labor?

"Yeah, those things just get so jammed — everybody playing the blame game. I mean, sometimes mines just collapse, you know? Nobody's fault. I think it's called gravity.

According to Paul, its never the fault of big mining companies when mines collapse and workers are killed.

And that is just a FEW of the totally insane thing that Rand Paul has said.    Goodness knows what he would say if he was elected to the Senate but we can't let that happen.

We must support and elect Jack Conway in Kentucky.
