    from Spiro comes to mind,
    and then the subsequent indictment,
    and inevitable shameful resignation.
    Not immediately after his remarks,
if I recall. But still well deserved.

    Sometimes slow justice
    has its own rewards.

And it is never too late
    to do the right thing.

I predict at least one major announcement
    of indictment, investigation, or prosecution,
for corruption and or financial crimes by
a national and partisan spokesperson "across
the aisle" between now and election day.
Perhaps even by a local DA, as the POTUS seems
shrewd enough to be willing to share the glory.

Think of what Ms. Warren could with that list
of UBS account holders, for one example.

It is not like there is any
    shortage of the usual suspects.
Just the sense of timing in those
who fail to see the political benefits
    of such delayed gratifications.

Thanks for all of your efforts.
