    "Bounty" is not defined strictly in terms of capturing, and never has been.  And in contemporary Native terms, frankly, it still qualifies as a bounty:  People paying a premium for our bodies, or parts thereof.  And it happens today all over the country.  This just happened to be one that got halted.
