So I think people should vote for Eric Schneiderman.

I will be for many reasons, I will post that later but I have to go out and campaign now.

I too don't understand how someone doesn't vote at all.  Nor do I understand how you stay a registered Republican while Newt shuts down the government, impeahces the proesident because they ardently believe Democrats have no right to govern, and steals an election.

You would think it would have made you think and maybe go out an do something if only to show up at the polls.

poll I've seen shows every candidate at single digits, and "Don't Know/Undecided" in the 80-90% range--has that changed recently?  This hasn't been an aggressively polled race.

I'n in the village, 8th district. Generally its snoring time around here.

Anyone else on the ballot I should look out for?? The info is mighty lean if indeed there are contests of merit on our side and I'd appreciate any direction before tomorrow.

It's only water. What could go wrong???

A State Senate race to replace Schneiderman, so if that's your district, wake up!

Uptown, Charlie Rangel trying to hold on for one more term and a graceful exit after staining his reputation, being challenged by the far sleazier Adam Clayton Powell jr.

Cong Carolyn Mahoney is being challenged by a wack job who has more ties to Wall Street than Goldman Sachs.

Up in the Bronx, a hard fight to get rid of Pedro Espada, the sleaziest, most corrupt member of the State Senate, the absolute worst of the worst. This race will set the tone for November and beyond.

In the AG race, if you favored congestion pricing, the plan to get people who drive into the heart of the City from Westchester and the other suburbs to help pay for improvements to public transportation in the five boros, then you will want to vote against Brodsky, who led the opposition in Albany. If you love getting the maximum number of cars into the city, vote for him.
