Judging from the comments down below!

And, yes, of course if there are jobs, then how can it be a jobless recovery? Get with the program! LOL!

Here's what I find to be inconsistent. On one hand you seem to believe, as many of us do, that Elizabeth Warren is smart, tough and able to crack heads on Wall Street. On the other hand, your diary suggests she is a gullible dupe being led to the sidelines. How can she be both?

      •  Are you saying that she's either a Purist (0+ / 0-)

with no ability to be pragmatic, or else she's a dupe?

Are you really insisting that unless Elizabeth Warren insists on letting the perfect be the enemy of the good, she's "weak"?

Who the hell would stomp their feet and throw a fit and refuse to be an advisor to the President, unless they got to be the Director of an agency?

        That doesn't even make sense.

Ask the CPC why they're not trying to defund the Catfood Commission.

I'm saying this diary makes no sense. On one hand it appears to suggest that she's strong, smart and a fighter. On the other hand, it accuses the Obama administration of sidelining her. I'm asking how the diarist can argue that she's a fighter and a cream puff at the same time. Personally, I think she's great and I'm happy she's being considered for a position in the administration.

      •  How will DK spin Warren's appt as betrayal? (1+ / 0-)

If you were wondering, here we go!

This is really a great lesson on glass-half-empty "thinking."  If we can learn from it, maybe we can learn to keep our eye on the ball for a change.

Warren gets the job - actually a better one, with no waiting for confirmation an no term limit as with a recess appt - and our regular nattering nabobs start right up.

        Another betrayal!

Sometimes it's really as bad as Fox around here.

We all thought Obama was great back in 08 too. I have no idea what goes on in people's heads, I ignore their words though and look at their actions.
