    to take a position advising the President of the United States about the subject they've devoted their adult life to?

    Doesn't sound all that reasonable to me.  

    It's still very much an open question how much authority this position will carry with it, but "she took it" is not at all a valid argument if one is trying to make the case that she'll have any specific degree of authority.

    Ask the CPC why they're not trying to defund the Catfood Commission.

        I think Elizabeth Warren really does want to serve our Country and help her fellow citizens, by protecting people from financial depredations.

        If "all" she could get is weekly 20 minute meetings with the President, I think she'd probably take them.
