that I should use for other things  ;)

You're my choice for President Obama's political adviser in the White House.  You KNOW how to communicate, you KNOW how to cut through the crap and communicate with the people.  Granted, not everything can be reduced to a ten-word sound byte, but those issues that can be, you're the champion.

Enough already. Stand up and fight. If you lose, you lose, but at least you tried. That's all I ask.

I heard him on the Ed Show today explaining why people should support the HCR act. All I could think of was why aren't all Democrats talking like this? They would be on their way to a 3rd wave election! Many of them are pretending that HCR never happened.  What are they scared of?  They think people will vote for them if they're not supportive of what they themselves have done? Grayson explained why they damned well should be! I have never seen the party act like such a big group of stand-for-nothing wusses before. All I can think of seeing the way they are acting in response to highly predictable Republican bullying and over the top demagoguery is when I was a kid watching the Wizard of Oz, seeing the Cowardly Lion terrified of his own shadow.

      •  I'm looking forward to watching him on Tivo (0+ / 0-)

on Ed's show.  He truly does know how to communicate, but maybe that's because he's not afraid.

Cowardly Lion in regards to other Democrats is a perfect analogy.

      •  because we are not on the them (0+ / 0-)

insisting they do.  We are the ones who will suffer if the Republicans take over.  We are ones who will be left on the curb.  We need to kick some ass and organize.  We can't depend on Democratic officials who are not us.  Only when we win, that is our people are representing us and not corporate power, can we be assured that they will do what we say.

right now we only have a few progressive in government.  that is not because there are not more out there to be elected but because we have not organized the systems and raised the money needed to put our own people in. We don't even have control on many democratic local parties never mind the main Democratic Party... look who they put in to head the Democratic party... some hack named Kane.  he is not one of us.

You got to hand it to the teabaggers on that one.  At least they are putting their own kind as candidates.  I might now like Odonnell but she is not Castle (our version of John Kerry) We need our people to be representing us. Not some of the democratic hacks who only care about their jobs.

Pass new laws to end media monopolization now.
