    If you look at most recent administrations, most COS stay only about two years(I think Bush 43 is the exception). It's an exhausting job, I imagine, particularly these days.

      for a couple of years.  Maybe he'll go to a think tank, but I don't know if he'd give up his march to House leadership for a two year COS gig.  

      Grassroot passion comes and goes - Corporate interest in consistent. Message being that if you want to stay elected then sell-out, it's safer.
