days. Get out in the sunshine, take long walks, go to the gym, read a book. If I was an alien coming to earth for the first time, the one thing I would scratch my head about is why do humans spend so much time watching these little figures talk through a little tube all the time, and why do these little figures try to tell people what to think. If you think about it, whether Fox or MSNBC, it's actually scary how we are living our lives vicariously through pundits who never met us who have no idea what affects us in our daily lives. Second, how can we humans think about the same exact thing 24x7? You would think we have no other thoughts than politics, bashing political ideas and people and money. I would hope sex is a much more important thing in our lives. I know whenever I think about sex or perform the act of sex, I am much happier than I would be thinking about Bill O'Reilly or  Rachel Maddow (sorry Rachel).

but I still remember a Twilight Zone show in the 60s when a computer took over. So maybe moderation is the answer for everything, except for sex. When you grew up when there was no television and no computers, you can understand that life existed without this technology.
