    possibly relevant since that would take a large part of the Library of Congress. You are right about FDR and court packing. It revealed a side of him that is probably present in most Presidents but one we would like to forget in those we otherwise admire.

    Of course the Federalists may not have envisioned minimum wage laws, not to mention child labor, work hours, discrimination against the handicapped and on and on. But if the Federalists lived today, I'd wager they would be the biggest boosters of those laws.
