Do you actually know anything about the Alaska Bar or their examinations?

    •  Let's see. Joe Miller is bar certified in AK (5+ / 0-)

and claims that minimum wage laws are unconstitutional and shows no awareness of the Supreme Court decision that served as the foundation. Either the examination is lax or Miller is an ass that should not be practicing law.

      •  I think it's the latter (2+ / 0-)

A lot of these fools read conservative books that blame activist judges from the New Deal for everything. Since this was a New Deal era decision, it'd rank up there as one they hate and think should be thrown out and ignored.

aware of the Supreme Court decisions in these areas, but just thinks they were wrongly decided.  I know lots of Conservative or Libertarian lawyers who are not dumb and not ignorant who think just that.  I have no knowledge or evidence whatsoever about Joe Miller's ability to practice law, but neither do you.  On subjects on which I have no information, I choose to remain silent.
