    The tetnth creates no substantive rights whatsoever. It merely establishes the relationship of the federal gvt to the state governments and the people.

    It basically said that the federal government has no more power than this constitution gives it. And any other powers are reserved to the states and the people respectively.

    Well...tenthers assert that means only those powers explictly enumerated. But, those "enumerated" powers can be very broadly intereprested (i.e. the Commerce Clause and the Due Process clauses).

    So their argument is fucking stupid.

      because a moron declares their moronic argument to be based on amendment Y doesnt mean people with a mind then attack amendment Y.
