    but haven't done so in quite some time.  Having a lot of Scot blood in me, lamb is my preferred version.
      Tried making baklava once or twice, but it came out tough instead of tender.  So I think I'll leave that dish to the experts.  Wasn't aware of an apricot version, just the nut & spice ones.  That sounds yummy; maybe I'll hunt some down next time I'm near a Greek eatery.
