    It seems like adding anything to the regulatory apparatus has to be validated by dead people.  We don't do "pro-active."  Someone has to die first.

      for the greatest bounty of resources and space per capita in the history of modern nations.

      It's probably the worst form of democracy to the world of limitations and bottlenecks that's unfolding. The best it was was during the New Deal Anomaly but we never conceived of formulations of some of its principles to amend into the Constitution.

      Here's another doozy: we recognize two constitutional rights to assert, but no constitutional right of the people to know.
