      There may come a time for desperate measures, to bump us up from the ninth circle of hell to the 8th (OK, I know, the 9th is cold, but you get the idea). Right now, we're still at the gates of the first, and talking about "geoengineering" (which is actually just a random grab-bag of unrelated more-or-less wacky ideas, and not a coherent field by any reasonable definition) is a waste of time.

      Senate rules which prevent any reform of the filibuster are unconstitutional. Therefore, we can rein in the filibuster tomorrow with 51 votes.
