    I love reading your health care posts. Very enlightening. Good to compare to my experience.

      more research specifically for blogging but I just can't pack it in. I have to hope that the research I do for my job is of interest to others and helps to inform the public regarding the impacts of an exceedingly complex law.

      I suppose it beats the Christine O'Donnell approach which appears to be doing no research at all and feeling great about it. I would be so humiliated right now if I were her. I am truly astounded at the depths of her ignorance.

      How can you appear before a law school and not even realize or appreciate that there is a difference between an original document and the precedents established later through interpretation?

      Maybe all this guilt stuff has to do with being Jewish. As well as an appreciation for centuries of written precedent through legal interpretation. As well as a perception that the two topics are remotely related.
