    for privacy purposes.  Nothing wrong with that.  The trustee is supposed to know enough about the investment to sign legal documents.  He/she does not necessarily have to disclose details of the deal to the world; that's partly why you set up the trust in the first place.

    I'm not an attorney, but I've been involved in a couple of land sales involving trusts.

    Of course, Miller still should have disclosed it as an asset since he's running for office.
