    While I do think that the Repubs are trying many things to suppress the vote, pushing the meme of "Big GOP victory" since June is one way, my question is why isn't more done? Each election cycle the same thing occurs, but then the day after, nothing but tumbleweeds and empty buildings (metaphorically).

    Where are the lawsuits and actions that make this harder to do in the future? Talking about this two days or even two weeks before an election and then dropping it Wednesday morning will never fix the problem.

    I believe the real problem is in states where towns of 200 people have one or two polling places while in the cities, there is one polling place per 5000 people, and where voting hours are such that people who work and juggle kids can't get to the polls before they close.

    Maybe we'll do better with the next earth...
