  •  I have a very simple question for everyone (0+ / 0-)

making the case that these numbers are off.

What is the Democratic plan for the economy if they win?

I would prefer a bumper sticker, but I will give you a full paragraph.

I suspect no one will be able to provide it.  And that in a nutshell will tell you the primary reason Democrats are failing to connect and get over the enthusiasm gap.

I think the President proposed infrastruture bank , tax credit for research firms, and tax cut for companies.

in cash.  Tax cuts won't lead to growth of the sort that will bring down unemployment.  That's not a plan.

      •  Not to mention (0+ / 0-)

I haven't heard that in any recent stump speech nor has that been a consistent message from Dems.

There is nothing there that would close an enthusiasm gap.  Nothing.

Horrible politics.  Accomplihments are not forward looking and don't win elections.   Ofa and who ever is leading it gave horrible guidance to start this listing accomplishments nonsense.

Dema may pull off an upset, but that does nothing to absolve them from a horrific campaign strategy.
