      I don't think so. If he wanted to run he would have done it this term against Boxer, who was much more vulnerable than DiFi will be in 2012. DiFi, if she decides to run, is safe. She is the most popular politician in California. She does like being Chair of Intelligence and on the Judiciary Committee. However, the primary reason that Arnold will not run for the Senate is not that he couldn't beat DiFi (and he couldn't) it is that Arnold likes to be the boss. He has no interest in being in a club of 100 where each individual cannot do anything without building consensus. Arnold has no interest in the Senate.
