  •  This is a vote that's tough to attack. (1+ / 0-)

It's tax cuts, for heaven's sake.  Dems who voted for cap & trade were left twisting in the wind, in a sense, because cap & trade involved sacrifices by some.  The tax cut vote will force Republicans to cast a tough vote against tax cuts for the middle class. Who's defining this as a tough vote for Democrats?

    •  Seriously? (0+ / 0-)

You don't see the possibility that the Republican'ts will vote against it, blame Obama for their vote against it, and then laugh all the way to the bank as Drudge, then Limbaugh, then Fox "News" then the rest of the asleep-at-the-wheel "press" repeats the lie until it becomes accepted as truth?  Didn't you know that Obama is the one who passed TARP?  Or that Obama raised taxes on 98% of Americans?  Or that ObamaCare will add to the deficit and make health insurance prices go up?  What?  You didn't "know" that, because it's not true?  Well, far too many Americans believe all of those lies to be true (in fact, it is what killed us in the last election), so tell me you can't believe that Republican'ts can't win by voting against tax cuts...
