    ...were nowhere near a leveling of incomes. Even the under 150,000 rates before Reagan were not anything like a leveling like you are misconstruing them.

    I once paid those rates and did not think of them as any sort of leveling.

    But I guess you think touching anyone’s rates over 155k is taxing you unfairly; 250,000 is about four times the median American income.

    Perhaps you don't know how the average (median) American family lives and those are the taxpayers who need a break and won't get enough of one, even if the Bush tax cut are restored to buy a quarters worth of mandated health insurance premiums. They are just the charity cases right? Forget they pay about 55% of their disposable income in ALL taxes state, local, FICA, payroll, sales and federal/state/and/local hidden taxes. In fact the poorer one is the greater percentage in ALL taxes they pay of their disposable incomes. Hell lets mandate some more taxes on those people and see if we can start a shooting class war.
