We issued document hold notices to the Ohio Chamber, US Chamber and Karl Rove's counsel in 2007 and 2008, in connection with our Ohio RICO claims against their election stealing conspiracy.  Conspiracy is a crime involving two or more criminals conspiring with each other. RICO targets more highly organized and serious criminal activity that often involves a public corruption component as part of the cover-up.

Ohio has the strongest RICO statute in the nation with the most liberal reach in time and geographic scope. That is why Mr. Rove takes our claims under this statute seriously.

We took the deposition of Mike Connell the day before the November 2008 election. Mike Connell was a non criminal computer technology professional who set up the web and IT aspects of a broad spectrum of political operations in which Karl Rove and Donohue were involved, including the 2004 and 2006 Ohio elections in which Connell was running both the Bush campaign IT as New Media Communications and the Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell operations as GovTech.  Both of these operations were then interconnected with Karl Rove in the White House through the servers of Smartech located in Chattanooga, TN.

We are at the beginning stages of full-tilt litigation against the Rove/Donohue Election Theft Conspiracy with a preliminary statement of the state RICO claim before a probable cause panel of the Ohio Elections Commission and subpoenas issued out of the federal courts in Columbus and Washington, DC.  Rove and Donohue's Chamber are fighting vigorously.

The Rove/Connell Election Theft Conspiracy for 2010 included both flooding the airwaves with illegally coordinated expenditures and also election rigging made evident by a "red shift" around the country in the reported results compared to the unadjusted exit polls.

The scope and scale of the 2010 election theft--only California was spared--is testimony to the hubris that develops from getting away with the theft of elections in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008. The problem with 2010 is that they overdid it.  The crime is obvious to anyone who cares to look at the evidence.

We are gathering the evidence, and we will present the evidence.  The Rove/Donohue election theft conspiracy will stand no longer.
